Deliverables

Brand identity
Packaging design
Premium finishing

SARA Bottarga develops a premium world around a Mediterranean delicacy with high perceived value. The packaging stages bottarga as a rare piece: visible product, deep blue, metallic silver, subtle embossing and cut-outs inspired by traditional motifs.

Challenge

The challenge was to position bottarga as a premium product without falling into a language that felt too classic or too cold. The design needed to showcase origin, rarity and texture while appealing to a demanding gastronomic market.

Solution

We built the identity around deep blue, silver markings and a cut-out system that reveals the product itself. Embossed motifs, geometric symbols and refined typography bring Mediterranean craftsmanship together with understated luxury and contemporary precision.

Impact

SARA Bottarga gains a more prestigious, elegant and memorable presence. The packaging increases perceived value, makes the product itself instantly desirable and establishes the brand in a high-end gastronomic territory.

Craft & added value

Turn a Mediterranean speciality into a premium experience.

The DCD method identifies key signals in the gourmet market: origin, rarity, authenticity, product clarity, nobility of materials and gift appeal. DATEM turns these signals into visual emotions: prestige, heritage, trust, craftsmanship and culinary pleasure. The Data Creative Analyst links analysis to execution by guiding the choice of deep blue, silver finishes, embossed motifs, cut-outs revealing the bottarga and typographic hierarchy.

Our expertise confirms a core belief: good design does more than decorate a brand; it turns data, strategy and emotion into value that is clear, memorable and desirable.
