Data
Analyse signals, the market, behaviours and expectations to identify the true levers of differentiation.
Our method is built on three pillars developed by L’Alchimiste: DCD turns signals into creative material, ARC structures decisions, and DATEM converts insight into a tangible brand emotion.
DCD — Data Creative Data — organises our creative process as a loop: read useful signals, turn them into creative material, then return to the data to test the clarity, differentiation and reception of the response.
Analyse signals, the market, behaviours and expectations to identify the true levers of differentiation.
Translate insights into art direction, storytelling, visual identity, messages and brand experiences.
Return to the data to measure, adjust and strengthen creative performance across media and channels.
ARC is our operational protocol: it turns diagnosis into concrete creative decisions, then establishes continuous control to safeguard consistency and impact.
Clarify the context, target audience, competition, brand proof points and tensions before any creative work begins.
Reframe ideas, create a distinctive angle and turn data into a memorable brand territory.
Check consistency, clarity, strategic alignment, execution quality and performance indicators.
DATEM — Data To Emotion — is the transition from raw data to an actionable brand emotion: an emotion that guides narrative, imagery, experience and perceived value.
Gather useful signals: market, audience, behaviours, barriers, desires and cultural codes.
Read the tensions and opportunities hidden behind observed behaviours.
Identify the right emotion: trust, desire, pride, nostalgia, aspiration or belonging.
Deploy this emotion across branding, design, content and the customer experience.
Measure reception, refine messages and turn emotion into lasting value.
A new role integrated into the agency
The Data Creative Analyst bridges data, creativity and performance. Their role is to read market signals, identify emotional insights and turn them into actionable creative decisions for branding, content, packaging and campaigns.
The role is involved from the start of the project: collecting data, extracting insights, defining the strategic emotion, supporting the creative team, then measuring reception to refine the system.
We are not trying to produce generic aesthetics. Design becomes right when it starts from a clear signal, carries a precise emotion and remains coherent with the reality of the brand.
