As SKU count grows, inconsistency grows quickly too: different formats, variable information, distant categories and industrial constraints. We needed a shared framework without forcing every category into the same mould.

The real challenge of a private label is not to design one successful pack, but to build rules that hold across dozens of references. The project organises brand, categories, information levels and technical constraints into a system robust enough to scale.
The images shown represent only part of a programme developed over two years.
MDD MG turns portfolio complexity into a readable system: every pack must stand alone, yet all of them need to speak the same language.
As SKU count grows, inconsistency grows quickly too: different formats, variable information, distant categories and industrial constraints. We needed a shared framework without forcing every category into the same mould.
We defined a brand architecture, hierarchy rules and adaptation principles that can flex across product families. The system preserves private-label recognition while allowing each segment to keep its own useful cues.
Development becomes faster, more consistent and easier to control. The brand gains shelf visibility and can extend its portfolio without rebuilding the system for every new SKU.
DCD structures category codes, reading constraints and commercial priorities. DATEM preserves emotional value despite industrial complexity. The result is a brand system that remains coherent as the number of references grows.
This project illustrates our holistic approach to brand design: strategy, visual identity, art direction and consistent rollout across touchpoints.
